<directions>
Preheat oven to 350.
For the sweet potatoes, I peeled and sliced them into like 1.5 inch thick rounds slices and boiled (for timesake, but I was considering roasting them in the oven. Maybe next time!) until they are forkable, but did not just fall apart. Then mash them slightly before adding the rest of the ingredients (excluding topping ingredients) and continue to mash until well combined, it does not need to be completely smooth, a little texture is good. Spread into a buttered 9x13 casserole pan. Mix all the topping ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over the casserole. Bake on 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
That's it! Enjoy!
</directions>

    <directions>
Boil chicken in chicken stock (enough to cover), until chicken is cooked through. While chicken is cooking, wisk heavy cream, flour, and 1/4 cup of stock until smooth. Add salt and pepper. After chicken is cooked, shred or break into pieces and return to stock. Bring to a boil and wisk in cream mixture (thickener). Add parsley, save some to top with. Mix bisquick and milk to make dumplings. Drop by spoonful into boiling chicken & stock. cover and boil for approximately 20 minutes. Top with additional parsley.
</directions>
